Christine is the founder of Business Development Solutions. She is a veteran business advisor specializing in helping companies grow through the integration of sales and marketing initiatives. She serves as a “chief marketing officer for hire” for companies in technology, manufacturing and services industries. Christine has more than 25 years of experience in sales, major account management and has held senior marketing positions for companies such as Cellular One, Voice-Tel Enterprises and PlanSoft Corporation. A 2002 winner of the Distinguished Sales and Marketing Award from Sales & Marketing Executives, she is also a writer, speaker and trainer and has developed a seminar series titled “Practical Marketing” geared to owners and executives of emerging growth companies. Christine is a native Clevelander, received a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Marketing from Cleveland State University and has pursued extensive course work in the area of leadership and development training. She is also trained in Miller-Heiman Strategic Selling

Before joining Direct Opinions, she spent 11 years working for an IT consulting company and took its Cleveland operation from $300K in annual sales to $27 million in just six years.

Joel s a seasoned expert in running corporate and marketing communications programs. His career includes running programs for BFGoodrich’s Aerospace and Defense Division, Gould, Glidden, Keithley Instruments, Mercury Plastics, Liebert Corporation/Emerson Electric, Towers Perrin, and Alcan, with experience ranging from corporate ad campaigns to lead management to corporate brochures and annual reports. Joel is extremely well versed in the use of new web technologies for business growth.
